Help Bring the Conference to Life
Our Conference Crew Volunteers are the first smile attendees see and the helping hands that will keep Enchanted Enterprise as our Souhern New Mexico Rural Small Business Conference running smoothly. Every conversation, warm welcome, and moment of support helps create an experience that brings together entrepreneurs, small business owners, nonprofits, and community leaders from across the region.
Students, professionals, retirees, Chamber members, and community supporters all have something valuable to contribute. No previous event experience is required. A positive attitude, willingness to help, and excitement for supporting rural businesses are all you need to make a meaningful impact while building new connections and gaining behind-the-scenes experience at our conference.
Volunteer Opportunities
Every Conference Crew Member helps create an exceptional attendee experience. Opportunities are available before, during, and after the conference in a variety of roles, including:
Registration and Attendee Check-in
Speaker and Breakout Session Support
Vendor and Community Night Market Assistance
Setup and Teardown
Hospitality and Guest Services
Information and Wayfinding
General Event Support
Have another skill or area of expertise that could help make the conference a success? We'd love to hear your ideas.
